How long it takes to receive your refund, replacement product, or store credit if I ship something back?

Do you refund shipping charges and Environmental Handling Fees (EHF)?

Shipping and handling (S&H) charges are non-refundable unless the item is determined to be defective. Environmental Handling Fees will be refunded.

What if I want to return a multi box shipment?

If the product was shipped to you in multiple boxes, please wait until you've received the final box before making a return. The return period (e.g. 30 days for furniture) will start after you get the final piece.

What if one of the items I had ordered online is now on back-order/unavailable? If 1 or more items are on back-order after an online purchase has been processed, the customer will be contacted to either change or void their order.

Do you accept online credit card payments? Yes. We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal payments online. For Visa and MasterCard customers, we also provide the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode options with added security features.

I just made my online bank payment. When can I expect my order? Please note that banks take up to 1 business day to process a transaction. Therefore we will not receive confirmation of your payment from the bank for up to 1 business day. Once we receive this confirmation we will process your order. If the item is in stock it will ship that day. If it is not in stock, we will update you with an ETA as soon as possible.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will email you with a FedEx or Canada Post tracking number and information on how to track your order online.

I cannot make a payment through any of the banks you have listed. What are my options? A. You may select our online credit card payment option.
